  1、食材:去皮核桃仁、食鹽、花椒

  2、核桃仁放入容器中,加入适量鹽和花椒,攪拌均勻并浸泡3小時以上,待核桃仁有較濃的花椒味和鹹味。

  3、将浸泡入味的核桃仁撈出,控幹表面水分,放入烤箱,170度,上下火烤15分鐘。

  4、烤至泛黃香脆,取出即好食用。
