  1、用料:香蕉1根、煉乳25ml、糯米粉140g、白芝麻适量、馬蘇裡拉奶酪50g。

  2、準備材料,香蕉壓成泥,倒入煉乳拌勻,倒入糯米粉拌勻,馬蘇裡拉芝士切碎備用。

  3、把面團分成小劑子,取一個面團滾圓按扁,包入馬蘇,收口滾圓用手按扁,兩層沾水,沾芝麻。

  4、平底鍋倒入少許橄榄油,小火煎至兩面金黃即可。
