  1、秋季人體出汗少,但是氣候幹燥,人體容易缺水,導緻幹燥、上火等的問題。所以秋季要預防上火,或者已經上火了,以白開水為佳,也可以沖調蜂蜜水、淡鹽水等飲用,每天以8杯水為基本飲水量。

  2、秋季,室内環境幹燥,會導緻水分的流失,損耗津液,引起上火,可以在室内放個加濕器,增加空氣濕度,有助于減輕口幹舌燥、鼻腔幹燥等上火症狀。
