  1、材料:肥腸200g,青椒1個,紅椒2個,胡蘿蔔半根,洋蔥半個,油,鹽,味精,醬油适量,姜蒜胡椒粉适量,澱粉适量。

  2、做法:(1)肥腸洗淨煮熟;

  (2)用澱粉鹽,料酒腌制十分鐘左右;

  (3)切好靑紅椒備用;

  (4)切胡蘿蔔,洋蔥備用;

  (5)油鍋放姜蒜爆香,放香腸翻炒;

  (6)再放青紅椒,胡蘿蔔,洋蔥翻炒,加調料,出鍋前放味精,盛盤即可。
