1、将280g面粉加入40g蛋液、70g油、70g白糖、5g酵母和200ml水,攪拌均勻。

2、揉成面團,醒發10分鐘,将面團擀成薄面餅,切成均等的長方形。

3、放進烤盤,刷上10g蛋液,将餅幹放入烤箱烤20分鐘。

4、烤至表面金黃即可食用。
