  1、當雞蛋幹拆開包裝取出,放在案闆上切成片,放入碗中,然後加點生抽,香醋,芝麻油攪拌均勻即可。

  2、油鍋加熱,放入胡蘿蔔煸炒炒透,放入芹菜煸炒,再放入雞蛋幹煸炒炒透。放适量鹽煸炒炒勻即可出鍋。

  3、金針菇洗淨切斷,雞蛋幹切條,胡蘿蔔洗淨切條。放入胡蘿蔔煸炒炒透,放入雞蛋幹煸炒,再放入金針菇煸炒炒透,最後放适量味精炒勻即可出鍋。
