  1、荞麥面250g、蒜泥50g、醬油15g、醋30g、辣椒油10g、芥末糊15g、味精0.2g、精鹽2g。

  2、制作方法:用涼水把荞麥粉調成稀漿盛在大碗裡,上籠蒸熟,晾涼。把蒜泥,醬油,醋,辣椒油,芥末糊,味精同放在一個碗裡調均勻。用碗坨用小刀削成面魚兒,碼在碗裡,把調料澆在上面即可。
