  1、食材:鮑魚300克、雞一隻、姜、鹽、味精。

  2、把雞處理幹淨,切塊。

  3、放入适量水到煲鍋中,下入洗淨切塊的雞和幾片姜片,大火至開轉小火煲50分鐘。

  4、然後把處理幹淨的鮑魚放入湯中,加入鹽,中火火繼續煲15分鐘,最後加入味精即可。
