1、保鮮袋保存法。烤好的餅幹晾涼後放入保鮮袋或是幹淨的塑封袋中，擠出空氣，用小夾子或是封口器密封好即可。
2、密封袋保存法。将晾涼的餅幹放入密封袋中，排出空氣，捏緊密封條。
3、保鮮盒/密封盒保存法。将保鮮盒或是密封盒底部墊上一張或數張花紙（依制作餅幹含油量而定，一般酥松性的餅幹我都會墊上N張花紙），放入烤好後晾涼的餅幹蓋好密封蓋即可。
