  1、雞蛋洗幹淨,煮熟,香幹一起下鍋焯水,小貼士:出鍋後浸冷水,比較容易剝殼。

  2、這段時間可以清洗鴨翅,準備蔥姜,等雞蛋和香幹出鍋,鴨翅過水,加兩片姜片,料酒适量。

  3、熱鍋冷油,下冰糖蔥姜八角和鴨翅,翻炒一會兒,加開水,劃重點,一定是開水,加入香幹雞蛋和王守義,加點鹽,老抽,開水沒過所有食材,大火煮開10分鐘,轉小火,30分鐘~1小時即可。
