豬頭肉炒芹菜青椒土豆片的做法

  1、食材:豬頭肉30g、青椒1個、芹菜100g、土豆1個、鹽3g、洋蔥30g、非轉基因食用油30g;

  2、熱鍋冷油完成潤鍋後,加入食用油燒至5成油溫,然後下入煮熟後切好的豬頭肉,在鍋中翻炒出肉香味;

  3、下入切成丁的洋蔥,在鍋中翻炒,讓洋蔥在油溫作用下,激發出蔥油的香味;

  4、下入去皮後切成片洗淨的土豆片,在鍋中翻炒,讓土豆片在鍋中充分吸收蔥油的香味;

  5、再下入洗淨後切成段的芹菜,在鍋中翻炒,讓芹菜在鍋中受熱均勻,再下入切好的青椒段,繼續翻炒受熱均勻;

  6、鍋中加入調味品鹽,對菜品進行調味,用炒勺翻炒,讓鹽在鍋中均勻分布;

  7、翻炒均勻,讓調味品滋味,在高溫作用下,快速滲入到菜品中;

  8、翻炒均勻入味後,即可出鍋裝入盤中,上桌即可食用。
