  1、主料:魔芋、雪菜。

  2、調料:食鹽、雞精、蔥、料酒、元貞糖。

  3、雪菜洗去鹹味,切碎。

  4、豬肉切絲,用料酒稍腌制。

  5、魔芋切成立方塊。

  6、鍋熱油,倒入肉絲,煸炒後放雪菜,加鹽、雞精調味,可略鹹,炒勻後盛出。

  7、倒少許油,小心放入魔芋,輕輕推炒後倒入适量雪菜肉絲,撒蔥花推勻即可。
