衛生間的牆面做了防水不可以直接貼磚。原因一：無法滿足粘貼瓷磚的要求。牆面剛塗刷上防水材料之後，會在牆面上形成一層塗膜，而這層塗膜的特點就是沒有任何的縫隙，就沒有孔隙就沒有辦法滿足粘貼瓷磚的要求。原因二：粘貼的瓷磚會不牢固。瓷磚的粘貼材料适不适合防水層的，瓷磚在後期就會出現不牢固的現象，容易發生松動、空鼓等問題，嚴重就會發生脫落。
