榨菜大蔥炒肉絲

  1、主料:豬裡脊肉200克;輔料:榨菜50克,大蔥50克;調料:鹽2克,料酒10克,豌豆澱粉5克,豬油50克

  2、将蔥去皮洗淨,切成段;

  3、澱粉加水适量調勻成水澱粉備用;

  4、将豬裡脊肉切成6厘米長的細絲,放入碗裡,加鹽、料酒、水澱粉上漿;

  5、将榨菜洗淨,切成4厘米長的細絲待用;

  6、炒鍋上旺火,下豬油燒熱,放入肉絲炒散,下入榨菜絲翻炒幾下,再放入蔥段炒勻即可出鍋。
