鳄魚龜做法

  1、将胡桃肉研成碎末;

  2、枸杞洗淨;

  3、将龜肉放入盆中,加熱水約40度使其排盡尿;

  4、龜去頭、足、龜殼、内髒,洗淨,切成肉塊;

  5、将鍋燒熱,加入植物油,燒至六成熱後,放入龜肉塊,反複翻炒;

  6、加入生姜片、蔥節、花椒、黃酒、醬油、雞清湯,清水各适量;

  7、再加冰糖、枸杞、胡桃肉碎末,先用旺火燒開,再改用小火煨炖;

  8、至龜肉熟爛,用味精調好味,翻炒幾下,盛入碗内。飲湯吃龜肉。

  9、本品具有滋陰補腎、補虛壯骨、養血清虛熱之功效,适于腎陰虛症骨質增生症患者食用。
