小芋仔怎麼做甜品

  1、準備材料:小芋仔200g、西米50g、椰漿50ml或椰汁250ml、冰糖适量;

  2、小芋仔洗淨去皮切小塊,上鍋蒸熟;

  3、小鍋熱水煮沸,放洗淨的西米,大火煮五分鐘,不用完全變透明,剩下中間一小點即可;

  4、拿一個鍋倒入椰漿加200ml水或者椰汁,撈出西米放入稍微攪拌均勻;

  4、放入小芋仔塊、冰糖,一邊攪拌一邊煮三分鐘即可。
