  1、練習中氣最好的方法是遊泳,因它可運動全身肌肉,鍛煉肺部,加強血液循環,促進新陳代謝。

  2、先天親賦不足,或脾胃虛弱者。脾胃雖為後天之本,但若是先天體質虛弱、根基不牢,也會引起後天的脾胃虛弱、中氣不足。

  3、勞倦過度,憂思日久者。身體和精神上的過度勞累都會損傷脾氣,脾氣虛則氣血生化無源、肢體失養,出現神疲乏力等中氣不足的症狀。
