  1、材料:蘋果一隻、雞胸肉(鳳脯)、紅蘿蔔。

  2、蘋果去皮切條,泡鹽水中待用。

  3、雞胸肉切片,加鹽,糖,生粉,雞粉,腌30分鐘左右。

  4、紅蘿蔔切絲,用水灼熟。

  5、下油鍋,炒雞片至剛熟,加入蘋果,紅蘿蔔,一起炒一會。

  6、勾芡(芡汁:生粉,水,醬油),收汁即可。
