  1、準備烏雞半隻、老椰子一個、紅棗2個、枸杞子一小把、姜2片、鹽适量。

  2、烏雞切成塊,開水中煮一下,撈出來沖洗幹淨,瀝幹水備用。

  3、椰子水倒出,敲破椰子殼,取出椰子肉,切成片,和姜片一起鋪在炖盅底部。

  4、把烏雞肉碼好,放入枸杞子和切片的紅棗,加入一整個椰子的水,經過四小時的等待,好喝美味的椰子烏雞湯出來了!
