1、準備食材,花椒10g,辣椒20g,蔥,姜,蒜各10g,料酒20ml,味精10g,黃瓜100g,土豆50g,墨魚300g,鹽10g,油30ml。

2、鍋中加水燒開,把土豆和黃瓜燙熟,濾水備用。

3、把墨魚切片,用澱粉,鹽适量把魚片和魚骨拌勻,開鍋上油,過油炸熟,撈出備用。

4、鍋中留油,把蔥姜蒜爆香,加入鹽,味精,把炸過的魚片和魚骨放在土豆黃瓜上,再放上幹辣椒和麻椒,用高溫油澆入即可。
