  1、食材:韭菜花250克,魚丸250克。蔥段四段,色拉油三大匙,精鹽半小匙,紹酒一小匙,胡椒粉少許,紅辣椒一隻。

  2、韭菜花洗淨,去除頭尾的老莖及花的部分,切成段,魚丸切成塊。

  3、紅辣椒切成段,與蔥段及色拉油放入一盤内,高火爆香2分鐘。

  4、将魚丸、韭菜花、爆香的色拉油同放入一盤内,加精鹽、紹酒、胡椒粉炒勻,加蓋6分鐘即可。
