  1、材料:豬瘦肉250克,蓮藕500克,赤小豆50克,料酒、姜絲、蔥末、精鹽、味精、香油、香菜末各适量。

  2、将豬肉洗淨,切塊;蓮藕去節、去皮,洗淨,切段;赤小豆去雜洗淨,備用。

  3、鍋内加水适量,放人豬肉、蓮藕、赤小豆、料酒、姜絲、蔥末,大火燒沸,改用文火煮l小時,調入精鹽、味精、香油,撒上香菜末即成。
