  1、準備材料:酸菜100克、澱粉15克、鹽5克、蒜5克、蔥5克、魚片200克、幹紅辣椒5克。

  2、魚片加澱粉、料酒抓勻,酸菜、幹辣椒切成小塊,姜蒜切片。

  3、鍋裡放油,爆香姜片、蒜片,放幹紅辣椒、酸菜和一起拌炒。

  4、加水放鹽,燒開後下魚片,魚片熟了即可出鍋,裝盤撒上些蔥花即可。
