  1、材料:帶皮五花肉500克,醬油、花生油、料酒、白糖、蔥段、姜片、八角、桂皮各适量。

  2、将五花肉洗淨,切成3厘米 見方的塊,用開水氽一下備用。炒鍋注油燒熱,倒入肉塊翻炒,呈白色時加入醬油、料酒、白糖、蔥段、姜片、八角、桂皮、稍加翻炒,再加入适量鮮湯,用旺火煮沸,打去浮沫,改用小火燒至熟爛,出鍋即可。
