  1、大蒜放容器内加鹽搗成泥,鹽一定要放足量,我一般是放兩勺

  2、芝麻醬邊加水邊攪,直至化成糊。水一次加一點點

  3、黃瓜切絲

  4、生菜洗淨

  5、鍋内加水煮開放入面條,面條熟後加生菜,關火

  6、等待煮面條時蒜泥加水倒入芝麻醬碗内攪勻後加辣椒油,香油

  7、面條放碗内上面碼放好黃瓜絲,火腿腸丁,澆上調好的蒜汁就完成了
