  1、莴苣與胡蘿蔔切丁;

  2、鍋中燒熱水加适量鹽、雞精、幾滴油輕焯菜丁後撈出瀝水備用;

  3、雞肉丁加胡椒粉、蛋白、料酒、澱粉、鹽抓勻腌制十分鐘以上;

  4、腌好的雞丁入熱水中滑白撈出備用;

  6、另起鍋燒油爆香蔥姜蒜;

  7、加入莴苣丁與胡蘿蔔丁翻炒片刻;

  8、加入熟玉米粒翻炒;

  9、最後倒入雞丁翻炒一會,加鹽、雞精、芝麻油、少量醬油調味出鍋。
