  1、首先要經常活動拉伸脖子,輕輕放松斜方肌,這樣不僅可以緩解疲勞還可以預防頸椎。用右手從面前抓住左耳的的耳垂,頭部擺正,輕輕向右側歪頭,再用左手從面前抓住右耳的耳垂,輕輕向左側歪頭,左右各20次,持續做三組目的是拉伸左右兩側的斜方肌。

  2、其次,向前點頭,向後仰頭,依次20次,持續做三組,拉伸脖子前面和後面的肌肉塑造頸肩線條并且放松後背的肌肉。
