  1、首先雙手平放地下,與肩大緻平行,前後腿跨大步。

  2、将臀部向下壓,成弓箭型,維持5秒後升起臀部再來一次。

  3、前後腿部交換再做,每邊做10次,可先完成一邊才做另一邊。

  4、需要注意的是後腿膝頭要盡量伸直。
