  1、用溫水浸泡五分鐘即可。豬腸是用于輸送和消化食物的,有很強的韌性,并不象豬肚那樣厚,還有适量的脂肪。根據豬腸的功能可分為大腸、小腸和腸頭,它們的脂肪含量是不同的,小腸最瘦,腸頭最肥。

  2、豬大腸适于燒、燴、鹵、炸,如“澆大腸段”、“鹵五香大腸”、“炸肥腸”、“九轉腸”、“炸斑指”等。
