  1、準備蔥、蒜。

  2、切末、蒜、蒜拍碎後放點鹽再剁,這樣才會剁出蒜蓉來、放空氣氧化10分鐘。

  3、橄榄油、土雞油,一點辣椒、芝麻醬、雞油、蒜末、醋、生抽鹽到碗裡。

  4、水開後,放入适量的開水到碗裡,沖勻調料。

  5、面條和酥肉一起下鍋煮熟,撈起!再放入豌豆尖,燙一下就起鍋。
