  1、櫻桃去核後切成小塊;因為櫻桃有點酸,所以用30g白糖先腌上再準備其他材料;

  2、如果櫻桃不酸則可以省略這一步。雞蛋、油、白糖放入盆中攪勻;

  3、将低粉、泡打粉篩入上一部的液體混合物,倒入腌好的櫻桃一起翻拌均勻。

  4、倒入模具放入預熱200度的烤箱,中層上下火烤20分鐘。
