  1、手指爬牆:患者面向牆壁站立,雙手上擡,扶于牆上,努力向上爬,要努力比前一天爬得更高一些。

  2、後伸下蹲:患者背向站于桌前,雙手後扶于桌邊,反複做下蹲動作,以加強肩關節的後伸活動。

  3、兩手抱頭:兩足站立與肩同寬,兩手緊抱後腦;兩肘拉開,與身體平行;兩肘收攏,似挾頭部,周而複始。
