蒜茸苋菜

主料:苋菜300克、大蒜2瓣;輔料:油一勺、鹽一撮、生抽一勺。

苋菜去掉根部較老的部分,清洗幹淨,放入開水鍋裡燙熟。

大蒜拍碎,或者直接切成蒜片。倒入油鍋爆炒。

放入少許鹽。

淋入适量生抽和少許水,燒開。

将汁淋在苋菜上,開吃喽。
