炸海鮮菇的做法

用料:海鮮菇半斤、面粉、雞蛋、鹽、五香粉、孜然粉、黑胡椒粉、辣椒粉各适量。

海鮮菇洗淨,撒少許鹽腌制20分鐘,瀝幹水。

面糊:一顆雞蛋+白面+鹽+五香粉+水,調和成面糊。

把瀝幹水的海鮮菇均勻地裹上面糊,分次放油鍋裡中小火炸成金黃色,撈出控油後,撒孜然,黑椒粉,辣椒粉,即可開吃,外脆裡嫩,好吃。
