綠豆沙怎麼做好吃

用料:綠豆100g、煉乳50ml、蜂蜜2湯匙(30ml)、冰塊300g、櫻桃1枚、薄荷葉少許。

綠豆用清水淘洗幹淨,放入鍋中,倒入适量清水,用大火燒沸後轉小火慢慢熬煮約30分鐘,待綠豆外皮裂開即可。

将綠豆撈出瀝幹水分,拌入煉乳和蜂蜜混合均勻。

冰塊放入碎冰機制成沙冰。

将沙冰放入碗中,四周澆上綠豆煉乳,最後再綴以薄荷葉和櫻桃做裝飾即可。
