蘿蔔豆腐的做法和配方

  1、材料:蘿蔔、老豆腐、青蒜。

  2、調料:鹽、醬油、白糖、雞精。

  3、蘿蔔洗淨,切成片。老豆腐切成塊。青蒜去根洗淨,切成小段。

  4、燒鍋倒油燒熱,下入豆腐煎至兩面金黃後,盛出。

  5、接着,倒入蘿蔔翻炒,再加點醬油炒至蘿蔔上色後,倒入水煮開。

  6、再下入煎好的豆腐,加點鹽、白糖調味後,繼續煮。

  7、煮至蘿蔔熟爛,湯汁快收幹了,再放點青蒜,加點雞精翻炒至青蒜斷生,即可。
