  可以給寶寶蝦仁豆腐豌豆泥粥:

  1、蝦仁、鮮豌豆、嫩豆腐、高湯、厚粥、植物油。将蝦仁用開水焯熟,撈起,剁碎成極小塊的蝦仁粒,方便寶寶食用、下咽;

  2、将豌豆用水煮熟,去皮,壓成豌豆泥備用;

  3、将嫩豆腐清洗幹淨,切碎,備用;

  4、将厚粥倒入鍋中,再把蝦仁碎、豌豆泥、豆腐碎統統倒入粥中,煮到微微沸騰,再倒入高湯攪拌;

  5、待所有食材均煮爛,加入适量的植物油和鹽,即可關火,盛至碗中,攤到微涼,喂寶寶食用。
