  1、胡蘿蔔洗幹淨切片。

  2、不粘鍋燒熱倒入食用油,下入胡蘿蔔片。

  3、全程開小火煎制,煎至半生熟時,調入适量精鹽,撒入一點辣椒粒。

  4、繼續用小火煎熟 ,關火之後,淋上生抽,就可以出鍋裝盤了,一盤香煎胡蘿蔔片就做好了。
