  1、食材:白菜葉8片,Surimi(魚肉棒)200克,香蔥1/2棵。

  2、将魚肉棒片成小塊,白菜片成小片,香蔥切蔥花。

  3、鍋内放入适量油,待油熱,放入蔥花爆香。

  4、向鍋中加入白菜。

  5、待白菜炒軟之後,向鍋中加入魚肉棒。

  6、加适量鹽翻炒均勻即可。
