  1、原料:雞爪、大蒜、豆瓣醬、蔥、八角、花椒、辣椒、料酒。

  2、做法步驟:雞爪處理幹淨對半切,冷水下鍋加入料酒煮6分鐘左右。用清水沖洗幹淨。

  3、鍋中熱油煸香辣椒八角蒜花椒。加入一勺豆瓣醬炒出紅油。

  4、倒入雞爪翻炒。加入清水鹽煮收汁。大火收汁即可。
