  1、材料:青口貝、冬瓜、姜、香蔥,調味料:鹽、雞精。

  2、買回的青口貝刷淨外殼,用淡鹽水浸泡,叫其吐淨泥沙,姜切細絲量稍大些,要分兩次用,苦瓜切薄片,蔥切碎備用;

  3、鍋中放入适量的水,放入适量的姜絲、食用油,水開後下入冬瓜片同煮;

  4、待冬瓜片燒開後,下入半殼青口貝、姜絲、鹽、雞精同煮,待半殼青口貝慢慢都張開口後關火,撒少許香蔥歲即可。
