  鬥雞訓練體力的方法:

  追趕鬥雞,不停的讓鬥雞奔跑。每天至少3小時。把鬥雞腳上綁沙袋,并不停的追趕鬥雞,讓鬥雞不停的跑。每天至少1到2小時。陪練鬥雞刺激訓練,用專門當陪練的鬥雞刺激比賽用鬥雞訓練體力,注意要把陪練用鬥雞的嘴、爪等攻擊性強的部位包裹好以免傷到比賽用鬥雞。每天至少2小時以上。
