  1、主料:水300毫升,菠蘿300克,胡蘿蔔1根,紅龍果半個;輔料:酸奶300毫升,糖10克,檸檬汁10毫升,蜂蜜5克,牛奶200毫升。

  2、菠蘿切丁,放入榨汁機,倒入酸奶、糖,檸檬汁,榨成汁。

  3、胡蘿蔔切丁,放入榨汁機,加蜂蜜,檸檬,水,榨成汁。

  4、紅龍果切丁,放入榨汁杯,加牛奶,榨成汁,一杯可口的果汁就做好了。
