  1、食材:胡蘿蔔150克、面粉30克、蒜适量、鹽2克、香油适量、佐料适量、食用油适量。

  2、胡蘿蔔洗淨去皮切細絲備用,切好的胡蘿蔔絲,用少許食用油拌一下。 面粉放在面闆上,将拌油的胡蘿蔔絲均勻沾一層面粉,再将拌好面粉的胡蘿蔔絲放在籠鍋上用火蒸5分鐘。

  3、大蒜砸成泥備用,将蒸好的胡蘿蔔絲放在調料碗裡,加入蒜泥、佐料、香油、食鹽拌勻即可食用。
