  1、雞和香菇炖最有營養。做法如下:

  2、雞腿1隻,香菇3朵,姜片3片,米酒、鹽各少許。

  3、香菇洗淨(或泡軟)、去蒂頭,雞腿先用熱水燙過。

  4、湯鍋裝入約八分滿的水并煮開,放入雞腿、香菇及姜片。

  5、待湯汁滾沸後撈除浮渣,再以小火炖煮30分鐘,調味之後淋上米酒即可食用。
