  1、跳繩減胸法。高強度跳繩半小時以上,并少吃晚餐,也可以在胸部裹上保鮮膜跳繩。

  2、冰塊減胸法。準備一塊類似香皂大的冰塊,用冰塊敷胸部15-20分鐘,為避免刺激,可以用毛巾隔着。每天做一次,一星期就可以發現胸部變小。
