  1、原料:芸豆、豬肉、蝦米、冬菜、蔥,姜、蒜、精鹽、味精,糖、醬油、麻油、花生油各适量。

  2、制作:

  (1)将芸豆擇洗幹淨,切成長段,豬肉切成

  末。

  (2)蝦米、冬菜、蔥、姜、蒜均切成末。

  (3)将芸豆放入熱油鍋内過油撈出;鍋内留少許油,下肉末煸炒,放入蝦米、冬菜、姜末和芸豆,中火幹煸片刻,加高湯,收幹湯汁,加調料,淋麻油,撒蔥花,裝盤即可。
