  1、魚頭去腮洗淨,從中間劈開,再剁成幾大塊,用廚房紙巾蘸去水分。

  2、香蔥切段、生姜切絲、紅椒切段,泡椒和蒜頭切碎。

  3、再加食鹽、黃酒、胡椒粉腌制十分鐘。加入蔥段,姜絲,紅椒,泡椒和蒜頭腌制20分鐘便可以做菜了。
