香橙果醬的做法和配方

  1、準備材料:橙子果肉1000克、老冰糖450克、檸檬汁30克、橙皮4個橙子量;

  2、橙子用鹽搓洗,沖洗幹淨後去皮,4個橙子刮下表皮留下橙皮備用;

  3、橙子果肉撕開,橙皮切絲,加入檸檬汁、老冰糖腌制4小時,倒入鍋裡小火熬煮30分鐘,熬煮至粘稠;

  4、密封瓶洗淨提前放入烤箱110度烘烤30分鐘消毒,将果醬趁熱裝瓶,蓋蓋子倒扣冷卻即可。
