  1、材料:山藥一段,排骨若幹,剁椒若幹,鹽,生抽,生油。

  2、排骨洗淨剁小塊,用一點鹽、生抽、生油、一點生粉拌勻,稍腌制一會兒;

  3、山藥去皮後切小塊山藥;

  4、切好塊的山藥加到排骨中拌勻;

  5、鋪上剁椒;

  6、蒸鍋加水煮開後,把鋪好剁椒的排骨山藥放入,大火蒸20分鐘左右即可。
